Description

No-bake icebox cake featuring layers of graham crackers, banana pudding, cream cheese mousse, and whipped topping. A creamy, tender dessert with nostalgic banana and vanilla flavors, perfect for dessert lovers.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 (3.5-ounce) banana cream pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup whipped topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt (optional)
Extra graham cracker crumbs for garnish

Instructions

Crush graham crackers into coarse crumbs using food processor or mortar and pestle.
In large bowl, mix pudding mix with milk until thickened. Fold in mashed bananas.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, then gently fold into pudding mixture with whipped topping and vanilla.
In 9×13-inch dish, evenly press half the graham cracker crumbs into base.
Layer half the banana pudding mixture, then repeat with remaining crumbs and pudding.
Chill for 2-4 hours until set.
Before serving, garnish with additional crumbs and serve chilled.

Notes

Use overripe bananas for maximum sweetness and flavor.
For vegan version, substitute vegan cream cheese and non-dairy whipped topping.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
