Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 tbsp granulated sugar (for topping)
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into a 9×9-inch baking dish.
Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust.
Toss blueberries with 2 tbsp sugar. Dollop evenly atop the cream cheese layer.
Chill for 4–6 hours until set. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
For gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham crackers.
Fresh blueberries work best, but frozen can be used—drain well before use.
