Description

Experience the ultimate fusion of summer and fall with this Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler. This decadent dessert blends fresh, juicy peaches seasoned with warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg with a golden, pillowy topping made from refrigerated cinnamon rolls. It is a semi-homemade masterpiece that offers a gooey, comforting texture, perfect for quick weeknight indulgence or sharing with friends for a cozy, memorable treat that requires minimal effort.

Ingredients

Scale

5 partially ripe peaches, sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
5 tbsp brown sugar, packed
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tubes refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, toss the sliced peaches with granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and flour until well coated.
Pour the seasoned peach mixture into a greased baking dish or cast iron skillet.
Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters or leave them whole depending on your preference for texture.
Arrange the cinnamon roll pieces evenly over the top of the peach filling.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and the peach filling is bubbling syrup-like across the sides.
Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with the provided icing packets while the dish is hot.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

If you prefer softer peaches, peel them before slicing. For a crispier topping, space the cinnamon rolls slightly further apart. If the rolls start to brown too quickly, tent with aluminum foil for the last 10 minutes of baking.
