Description

A warm, buttery dessert made with Bisquick, fresh or frozen peaches, and a spiced syrup that caramelizes into a golden crust. Quick and nostalgic, perfect for summer or weeknight cravings.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups Bisquick mix
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter
4 ripe peaches, sliced
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Whisk Bisquick, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl
Mix in milk and melted butter to form a thick batter
Pour mixture into a greased 13×9-inch baking dish
Evenly arrange peach slices on top of the batter
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and bubbly
Let cool slightly before serving warm

Notes

Use fresh or frozen peaches (thaw and drain if frozen). For a crustier top, sprinkle extra Bisquick mixed with a little milk. Store leftovers in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 3 days.
