Ingredients
1 package strawberry gelatin
2 cups cold water
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions
Dissolve the gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water.
Stir in 2 cups cold water until the mixture is completely smooth.
Gradually fold in Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until fully combined.
