Bake 35-40 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
Cool completely before cutting into 16 squares
Notes
For extra moisture, do not squeeze zucchini.
Freeze individual brownies (in airtight containers) up to 3 months.
For nut-free version: Substitute almond meal with 1 1/4 cups sorghum flour + 1/4 cup ground flaxseed with 3 tbsp water.
Use gluten-free chocolate chips to maintain flourless quality.
