Description
Frozen S’mores are a refreshing no-bake treat made with creamy chocolate pudding, marshmallow cheesecake filling, whipped topping, and graham crackers frozen into easy sandwich squares.
Ingredients
- 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
- 2 ½ cups whole milk
- 2 ½ cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided
- 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided
- 5 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra parchment hanging over the sides for easy removal.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, whole milk, and ½ cup Cool Whip until smooth and creamy.
3. Lay half of the graham crackers evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
4. Spread the pudding mixture into an even layer over the graham crackers, then chill.
5. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth.
6. Fold in the remaining 2 cups Cool Whip and a pinch of salt.
7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chocolate layer.
8. Place the remaining graham crackers over the top, then cover with foil.
9. Freeze for 6 hours, or until firm enough to cut through.
10. Lift the frozen filling out using the parchment overhang and place on a cutting board.
11. Using the graham crackers as a guide, slice into 12 squares and trim away any excess frozen filling.
12. Enjoy slightly softened, or store in the freezer and let sandwiches soften at room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
Notes
Wrap each frozen s’more sandwich in plastic wrap and store in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months.
For an easy protein version, layer graham crackers with melted chocolate and a whipped topping mixed with vanilla protein powder, then freeze until firm.
Let frozen sandwiches sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before serving for the best texture.
