Description
Golden Grahams S’Mores Bars are gooey, chewy, slightly crunchy no-bake cereal bars made with marshmallows, milk chocolate, butter, and Golden Grahams cereal.
Ingredients
- 5 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
- 5 tablespoons butter or margarine
- ¼ cup corn syrup
- 7 cups Golden Grahams cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
1. Butter or grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2. Add 5 cups mini marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, butter, and corn syrup to a large saucepan.
3. Melt the mixture together over low heat, gently stirring with a rubber spatula.
4. Once melted, remove from the heat and immediately stir in the Golden Grahams cereal and remaining 1 cup mini marshmallows. The mixture will be very sticky.
5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and flatten it down using the back of a spatula. Lightly grease the spatula if needed.
6. Allow the bars to harden at room temperature for 60 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
If you do not have corn syrup, use ¼ cup sugar and 1 tablespoon water instead.
Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature.
Avoid storing these bars in the refrigerator because they can become too hard.
