Description

A luscious, no-bake dessert featuring crushed cookies, creamy chocolate layers, and a whipped topping, perfect for any occasion without oven use.


Ingredients

24 chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed
1/4 cup melted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 (3.9 oz) package chocolate pudding mix
2 cups heavy cream
1 egg
1 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting), optional
5 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted (optional)


Instructions

Crush 24 cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter for the crust.
Press the crust into a 9×13-inch pan and refrigerate.
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over the crust.
In another bowl, whip heavy cream and egg until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cheer cheese mixture.
Layer the chocolate pudding mix (prepared), then chill for 1 hour.
Top with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder. Drizzle melted chocolate if desired.


Notes

Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Replace heavy cream with non-dairy alternative if preferred.
Store leftovers refrigerated for up to 2 days.
