Description
These No-Bake Red, White, and Blue Cheesecake Bars feature a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and fresh strawberries and blueberries for a festive summer dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
- Fresh strawberries, halved, for topping
- Fresh blueberries, for topping
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
2. Press the crust mixture firmly into the bottom of a parchment-lined 9×13-inch pan.
3. Refrigerate the crust for 20 minutes.
4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
5. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
6. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
7. Arrange halved strawberries and blueberries over the cheesecake layer.
8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
9. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
Line the pan with parchment paper for easier removal and slicing.
Chill the bars fully before cutting for clean squares.
These bars are great for making ahead for 4th of July, Memorial Day, or summer parties.
Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
