1 cup powdered sugar, divided
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Chocolate syrup for garnish

Instructions
Grease a pie dish with cooking spray.
Pulse pretzels in a food processor until fine crumbs, then combine with granulated sugar and melted butter.
Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom and sides of the prepared pie dish and chill for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; set aside.
In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture gently until combined.
Spread the filling into the chilled pretzel crust.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
Garnish with chocolate syrup, extra whipped cream, and mini peanut butter cups before serving.
Notes
