Ingredients
4 cups white chocolate chips (24 ounces)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk (8 ounces)
2 1/2 tablespoons 100% pure pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Microwave on medium power in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
Stir in the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until completely incorporated and smooth.
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly to the edges.
Refrigerate for at least 2 to 4 hours, or until firm.
Use the foil overhangs to lift the fudge from the pan and slice into small squares before serving.
Notes
Ensure you use pure pumpkin puree and not pumpkin pie filling to maintain the right texture and sugar balance. For best results, use high-quality white chocolate chips as they contain higher cocoa butter content for a smoother melt. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
