A no-bake twist on classic s’mores, substituting graham crackers with buttery Ritz. Cruger Ritz cracker base forms a salty crunch, layered with gooey marshmallow and a rich chocolate topping for a sweet, nostalgic treat.
Ingredients
50 Ritz crackers
1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, sea salt, chocolate drizzle
Instructions
Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl
Add 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme, stir until mixture is soft and spreadable
Flatten each Ritz cracker in the marshmallow mixture to coat
Stack two Ritz crackers with marshmallow-coated sides together to form sandwiches
Melt 2 cups chocolate chips and dip each marshmallow cracker into chocolate
Place dipped cookies on parchment-lined tray
Sprinkle with optional toppings (e.g., crushed graham crackers, sea salt)
Allow chocolate to harden at room temperature or in the freezer
Notes
