Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
3–4 fresh peaches, sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C)
Mix graham cracker crumbs with 2 tbsp melted butter until combined
Press into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 8 minutes, then cool completely
In a bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth
Fold in cold whipped cream until silky
Spoon filling into the cooled crust
Arrange peach slices in a decorative pattern on top
Chill for 4 hours before serving
