Description
Tasty Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna is a creamy no-bake dessert layered with fluffy cheesecake filling, graham crackers, fresh strawberries, strawberry preserves, and whipped topping.
Ingredients
For the Cheesecake Base:
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups whipped topping, thawed
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
For the Layers:
- 2 sleeves honey graham crackers
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2/3 cup strawberry preserves, warmed slightly
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
2. Gently fold in 3 cups whipped topping until just combined.
3. Hull and slice strawberries, then toss with lemon juice.
4. Lightly crush graham crackers into a mix of crumbs and larger pieces.
5. Warm strawberry preserves for 15 to 20 seconds until slightly loosened.
6. Spread a thin layer of graham cracker crumbs in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
7. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture evenly over the crackers.
8. Top with half of the strawberries.
9. Add another layer of graham cracker crumbs over the strawberries.
10. Fold warmed strawberry preserves into the remaining cheesecake mixture, leaving it slightly marbled.
11. Spread strawberry cheesecake mixture over the crackers.
12. Top with remaining strawberries, reserving a few for garnish.
13. Spread 1 1/2 cups whipped topping evenly over the top.
14. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and garnish with reserved strawberry slices.
15. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
Notes
Use room-temperature cream cheese for the smoothest filling.
Do not overmix after adding whipped topping to keep the filling light.
Chilling overnight gives the graham crackers time to soften and the layers time to set.
Reserve the prettiest strawberry slices for decorating the top.
