Ingredients
For the Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
2. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until well combined.
3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth out the top.
6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Notes
Serve cold from the refrigerator for the best taste.
Top slices with a dollop of whipped cream or crushed peanuts if desired.
