A vibrant, layered dessert made with a graham cracker crust, creamy cream cheese filling, fresh strawberry topping, and a dusting of strawberry Jell-O mix—perfect for warm-weather gatherings without turning on the oven.
Ingredients
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin mix
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; press into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Chill 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the strawberries and 1/4 tsp lemon juice. Spread over crust. Chill 2 hours.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in remaining strawberries and lemon juice. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill for 1 hour.
Dust gelatin mix over the top. Chill 30 minutes to set.
Notes
Use halal-certified graham crackers and gelatin if needed. Chill the layered dessert completely for firm slices. Store covered in the fridge for up to 3 days.
